Quality Control Process
DESIGN

Housing Design: The focus is on the design of heat dissipation holes, the compactness of internal structural components, and the compatibility of mounting holes to ensure a smooth assembly process.
Software Development: Code was written and initially debugged for the switching logic of the smart capacitors and the over/under voltage protection functions to ensure stable program operation.

COMPONENT SCREENING

Control boards produced on the SMT line must undergo an initial power-on test to verify that the software has been successfully programmed and that all functional parameters are normal.

ASSEMBLY

Modular Assembly: Install the in-house control board, capacitor cores, and switching modules into the housing.

Internal Wiring: Emphasize the security of connections to ensure they do not come loose in the high-frequency switching environment of power quality products.

AGING TEST

24-hour dynamic aging: high-frequency cycling for smart caps, load/no-load cycles for APF/SVG.

FACTORY TESTING

Visual Inspection: Check the housing surface for scratches or coating defects, and verify that the nameplate markings are clear.

Final Testing: Perform a final power-on test to ensure that the product maintains high performance throughout the entire process, from SMT to the aging cabinet and up to packaging.
