What is the warranty period for Yidek products?
The standard warranty period is 18 months from the date of product shipment. Any failures caused by product quality within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
How can I get support if I encounter technical issues or equipment failure?
You can submit a support request by phone, email, or our website. Our technical team guarantees a response within 24 hours and will provide remote diagnosis or on-site service if needed.
What is the on-site service response time?
For domestic customers, we commit to dispatching an engineer to the site within 48 hours for urgent failures. Overseas customers will receive priority remote assistance, with local partner support or engineer dispatch arranged as necessary.
Can I still get spare parts and technical support after the warranty period?
Yes. Yidek provides spare parts and technical support throughout the entire product lifecycle. We maintain long-term stock of critical spare parts (e.g., control boards, IGBT modules, capacitors, etc.) to ensure long-term maintainability.
Does Yidek provide product operation and maintenance training?
