What is the difference between self-healing capacitors and traditional capacitors?

When a partial insulation breakdown occurs, self-healing capacitors can automatically restore their insulation performance through a self-healing mechanism without rendering the entire capacitor unusable, greatly extending service life and operational reliability.

How to choose between 7% and 14% detuning reactors?

7% reactors primarily suppress 5th and higher order harmonics (tuning frequency 189Hz), suitable for general industrial environments. 14% reactors primarily suppress 3rd and higher order harmonics (tuning frequency 134Hz), suitable for locations with a large number of single-phase loads such as LED lighting and computers.

What is the main function of a series reactor?

It suppresses capacitor switching inrush current, prevents harmonic amplification, and protects the capacitor from harmonic damage. Input reactors suppress grid surges and harmonic feedback, while output reactors reduce dv/dt, protecting motor insulation and extending transmission distance.

Why do capacitors leak?

The internal dielectric medium is in a molten state during operation. Leakage may occur when the seal is poor or when the sealing compound ages due to prolonged heat exposure. It is recommended to choose products with superior sealing technology and perform regular inspections.
