Project Description
Tsingshan Group controls the Indonesian battery cell project of Lanjun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in the Weda Bay Industrial Park in Indonesia, which is a key layout of the global nickel industry chain and new energy battery materials.
The project is located in Weda Bay, Halmahera Island, Indonesia, and has world-class nickel resources. The project includes 12 pyro-ferro-nickel production lines, a wet-process nickel-cobalt smelting plant, as well as 3 supporting coal-fired power plants and 3 large terminals. After the project is completed, a comprehensive industrial park ranging from laterite nickel ore to nickel intermediate products to new energy battery materials will be built.

The facility is vast in scale, featuring a dense concentration of smelting, refining, and auxiliary production units, and imposes extremely rigorous requirements regarding power supply stability, efficiency, and power quality. Consequently, advanced power compensation equipment is essential to guarantee supply quality and ensure the stable operation of production lines. At the same time, the tropical island environment—characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive salt spray, alongside potential voltage fluctuations—poses severe challenges for the power equipment.

YDK-SVG It is a novel power electronic device designed for dynamic reactive power compensation and the mitigation of three-phase unbalance. By sampling the load current, it analyzes the reactive power content and actively outputs a corresponding counter-reactive current. Through rapid response, it compensates for the reactive component of the load current, thereby achieving dynamic tracking compensation. |

CKS It effectively absorbs power grid harmonics, improves the system's voltage waveform, and enhances the power factor; furthermore, it effectively suppresses closing inrush currents and switching overvoltages, thereby providing effective protection for the capacitors. |
